Anne Heche’s Husband seeks divorce

On Thursday Anne Heche’s husband Coley Laffoon, filed for divorce. The couple have been married for five years. Laffoon, cited irreconcilable differences and he is seeking joint custody of their 4 year old son, Homer, and spousal support from Heche. Heche’s rep had confirmed in late January that the couple had seperated, using the usual “They have requested that they be allowed their privacy at this time.” Reps for Heche and Tupper have not confirmed that there is a romance. However the pair have been spotted in public showing affection for one another. On January 13th Heche spent part of a flight from Vancouver to L.A. in Tuppers lap! Later that same month the couple were spotted in Vancouvers Gotham Steakhouse having dinner and enjoying each others company. 
There’s been rumors all week that Anne Heche has been having an affair with her Men in Trees co-star James Tupper.
