Lane Garrison, star of Prison Break, has just been charged with vehicular manslaughter. This is in connection with a fatal car crash in Beverly Hills last December that left one of his three teenage passengers dead.
Garrison is scheduled to voluntarily turn himself in sometime within the next two hours. If Garrison is convicted of manslaughter he could face a maximum of 6 years in prison.
His original charges included felony vehicular manslaughter, furnishing alcohol to a minor, and driving under the influence. The DUI counts state that Garrison was driving with a blood alcohol of more than .15 percent.
