Tori Spelling preparing for birth?

Tori Spelling, seen here leaving her hair salon, was spotted at a Whole Foods Market in L.A stocking up on an assortment of easy to eat high protein snacks. The food of choice? Berries, nuts and even wasabi peas.
She emerged from the store under the eye of her watchful husband Dean McDermott. McDermott apparently verbally attacked a TMZ cameraman at an event at their new bed-and-breakfast last weekend
