I asked Feedburner and this is what they told me. When you publish a feed, it is out there for others to use.  You have no legal right to stop them.I usually send an email if their information is not private on whois.  I had one blog keep doing it, but add my blog name as contributor.  One blog stopped blogging.  Now I have one that republishes everything, even my P posts.  I figure the advertiser is getting double bang for the buck.It is flattering really.
