Lindsay Lohan cited for DIU

So much for Lindsay Lohan’s rehab a few months ago. She’s been cited on suspicion of DUI. On Saturday night she was cited for driving under the influence after she left a late night Los Angeles party.

Lohan was slightly injured when her convertible struck a curb on Sunset Boulevard. She was hospitalized briefly. The crash occurred at around 5:30 am. She had two other people in her car at the time, the passengers were not injured. Police state that she was cited and released because she’d been admitted to a local hospital at the time.

Lindsay has been partying at Les Deux that evening, arriving at the hot night spot at about 11:15 p.m.

If she really was drinking and driving I hope that she decides to go back to rehab!
