It looks like Britney Spears has regained visitation rights for her sons. On Saturday Spears was spotted driving around Studio City with her children Preston, 2 and Jayden James, 1.
It also appears that a court appointed monitor was sitting in the front seat beside Britney.
Britney’s visitation rights were temporarily suspended on Wednesday by L.A. Superior Court Commissioner. The judge had removed her rights after she was unreachable by a cell phone designated for court related scheduling.
The next custody related hearing is on October 26th. Spears and Federline are both expected to show up.
Spears and Federline are both required to show up for their next hearing on Oct. 26.
