I’m not a really gossipy type person, but having said that I’ve always had an interest in what my favorite celebrities are doing.
This might stem from the fact that I once aspired to be an actress myself. I took drama class all through high school, and learned some special effects make up techniques while taking those classes.
In my teens and 20’s I was an extra here in Toronto and I managed to get myself onto several commercials and movies. In fact in one movie that I was in I can be seen 5 times!
Besides my desire to be an actress, I’ve always had a strong interest in make up. I was the person to go to in high school to get made up. When I moved to Toronto I came here to take a course in Special Effects make up. I took the college courses part time while I worked at several jobs and even started my own business as a jeweler.
To keep this short- I have a back ground in acting, make up and jewelry even though I’m currently a nurse. Because of my background and my interests I thought it would be fun to create a site that kept up with celebrity happenings, celebrity trends – fashion trends and products that they enjoy using, and yes, a little bit of gossip too.
