Lindsey blames a kid for driving on night of her arrest?

I was just visiting TMZ and they have a story about Lindsay Lohan and her recent arrest for DUI.

The story interviews three guys that were with her throughout the day, one who’s foot got run over when he jumped out of the car as she accelerated to chase her now former assistant, and one who was in the car with her during the chase. When the police finally showed up where the cars finally stopped Lindsay failed her sobriety test miserably! It also sounded like she said “I wasn’t driving, the black kid was“. Oh Lindsey that’s not nice. Don’t blame others for your troubles. Celebrities do get into trouble you know.

Go read the story, there’s lots of video of the interviews there so there’s no point in me rehashing the whole story here.

Serrano used industrial grade silicone in his anti-wrinkle injections

This is going to cause a wrinkle in the lives of a few wealthy Beverly Hills residents lives. An Argentinian doctor who once used the homes of the wealthy to inject clients with an illicit anti-wrinkle chemical has been sentenced to 18 months in federal prison.

Daniel Tomas Fuente Serrano was sentenced to two years in prison. Prosecutors for the case say he gave the illegal injections at various places, including parties, where up to 30 wealthy clients sipped cocktails and were injected with silicone smuggled into the U.S. Oh great and injection party. Is that what they do in Hollywood? Clients of Serranos are said to have included Lionel Richie, Richies ex-wife Diane and Shawn King, the wife of CNN talk show host Larry King.

Serrano charged his clients thousands of dollars for the injections, yet he wasn’t licensed to practice medicine in the United States. The injections consisted of industrial grade silicone used to lubricate auto parts, as well as medical grade silicone which is often used for eye surgeries but has not been approved for the treatment of wrinkles.

Serrano admitted to having given illegal injections from 2001 until November of 2004, earning more than 1.6 million US. Last year he plead guilty to several counts including conspiracy and the receipt of illegally imported merchandise.

It’s not surprising that some of Serrano’s clients have reported that they’ve developed problems after the injections. Diane Richie has been charged with aiding and abetting Serrano.
