Country singer Keith Urban has officially been released from rehab. He’d been there since October 19th, 2006 for treatment for alcohol addiction. Urban and his wife actress Nicole Kidman were seen on Monday night at the private CAA Golden Globes after party in L.A. He’ll be flying to Germany on Thursday for television appearances there. [...]
