I’m glad the Gladiolas are blooming

I left my gladiola bulbs in the ground this past winter. Come to think of it I left them in the ground the winter prior to that too. Well, not all of them have survived but some strong ones did and they started blooming this week.

Isn’t this just a gorgeous bloom. It’s so delicate.

The garden astounds me each time I go into my backyard. Whether it’s the vibrant colours of Tropicana Canna leafs, the first cucumber or tomato, or a lovely blossom such as the one I’m sharing with you.

Each day I find something that is beautiful in it’s own right.

Very pretty. I’ve never taken my glad bulbs out of the ground. Mine are blooming as well this week.
My Green Thumb Sunday pic is up. You’ll have to scroll down past a birthday greeting though.
