As the Garden Grows

I was visiting Youtube earlier and I found this lovely time lapse video of a rosebud opening up into a full bloom.

I’m quite lucky that I grow so many roses in my yard. I almost get to see some of my roses open this quickly on a regular basis. You see, many of my roses close up to some degree at night but open more fully in day light. If I’m outside in my garden in either the early morning or when the sun is about to set I can sometimes catch my roses and a few other types of flowers in the process of opening or closing.
