They need something like that out here. So many people got bad loans in the last few years, there are tons of foreclosures (and quite a few mortgage companies going out of business as well).

A person should make sure they are protected from scams. One way is to make sure you are working with certified mortgage broker, and to check with the BBB and your local government to find out whether the company you are working with for your re-fi is valid.
