What’s prettier than a White Rose?
Wordless Wednesday My new Climbing Iceberg rose is blooming for the first time in my garden. I bought this rose a couple of months ago as a replacement for another rose that didn’t make it through our winter … well actually through the beginning of summer. It had been alive in the early spring. Perhaps I let it dry out too much or something. Iceberg is a lovely white rose. The flowers are about two inches across and as you can see this flower has several petals which give it a nice full look. It has a very light scent. You can really smell this flower unless you get very close. Well I can’t smell it until I get right up to it anyway. Anyone else grow iceberg?

No, I don’t grow iceberg. Never heard of this kind of flower before. It’s beautiful though. I don’t like flowers with strong scents, this would be right up my ally!!
