amaryllis

I have three different Amaryllis plants. A flower from one of them is pictured above. Unfortunately I have no idea of the name of this Amaryllis.

Each fall I store my amaryllis in my cool dark basement and then, usually, towards the end of December or the beginning of January I bring them upstairs to my kitchen where they can site in a bright south facing window.

I’m a bit behind this year since I sort of forgot about my amaryllis for a while. Oops! I did give them some water a week and a half ago though. I guess I’d better go downstairs this evening and bring the plants upstairs! Hopefully they’ll still bloom in March like they usually do!
