My Iris came to visit on Easter Morning. So many beautiful colors surround me here. Spring is a moment and summer will melt it away in a flash I so love the Spring.

It’s still too cold here, also, to start gardening. Not sure if I’m going to do much besides maintain what’s already there. It’s been a bad couple of years and squirrels and what not are starving and eating the bulbs, seeds, and young plants.

It surely has been a long winter. Hopefully the signs of spring will start popping up in the garden sooner. Haven’t posted for a while in GTS. Hopefully next Sunday. Thanks for the visit.

You think Columbine and I think Coreopsis while we both turn up the heat indoors. This is the first year in many many season we were not able to hide Easter Eggs outside. I thought to just boil and toss - no one would be able to see them with the sun glaring off all the snow. But we kept the hunt indoors. It just didn’t seem like Easter having to bundle up the kids like they were going on an artic expedition.

Hope it warms up for you soon. We had a bit of a cold snap down here over the weekend but nothing too major. Starting to be a bit spring-like already down here.
