Those are just gorgeous! I am amazed that they survived the storms ... the wind and rain hurt several of my garden plants and flattened my onions.

Another one of my favorite plants. Beautiful.

Technorati is also a good place to search to see who else has posted for GTS. This was also very frustrating to me in the beginning.

Jennifer You can comment here when you have a new GTS post up or you can look at the blogroll. I do try to make my post around midnight or in the early morning hours each Sunday but the last two weeks I've had some computer troubles and suffered a major allergic reaction - both of which delayed my posts.

The blogroll is set up so that sites that ping blogrolling.com will move to the top of the list (and gradually move down as more blogs make posts). So if you start at the top of the list you'll be more likely to find blogs that have made GTS posts. Not all of our members post every single Sunday as life does get in the way at times.

If I can figure out how to do it, I might make an OPML version of the list available. Apparently this type of list can easily be added to an RSS feed reader which would make it a lot easier to scan the list members blogs to see who's posted each week.

I love these flowers and always call them Aquilegias but I didn't realise they were columbines too :) My mum calls hers 'Grannys Bonnets' - very traditional English cottage garden flower and very common over here. Mine have been blooming for about 5 weeks now - rain, wind and heatwave too.

My GTS was up yesterday but I didn't get chance to post here.

I'm new to GTS. Are we supposed to comment here when we post so everyone knows we are participating this week? I wasn't sure, because the past two Sundays, you have not had a post up for us to comment on until late in the day. I was just wondering how other participants would know who was taking part this week? I visited many sites on the blogroll that were not, and was disappointed.

The columbines are beautiful; and I like your blog a lot. I've added to my favourites. Please visit my website and blogs and tell me what you think.
