Wordless Wednesday
I’m not sure which rose will be first, but sometime today I should have my first rose blooms. Several of my roses have buds that are ready to open.
I’m so excited. The first rose blooms of the season are the loveliest of all. I can’t wait!

My rhododendron has just started to flower. Only a few buds are showing the first few red petals, but soon all of the petals will emerge and those buds will open. Each bud will have multiple flowers all bunched together.

Most of the roses in my garden are beginning to develop rose buds. It won’t be long before beautiful roses like this Prince Napoleon Climbing rose fill my garden with their beauty and their scent.
