Because I had to rely on someone else to take the pictures I only have one that I am in and because the flag covers my face you can just barely see me. I have other pictures of the ceremony itself though. I also have a few of the Flanders Field memorial day ceremonies we did.

Really, congrats to you JT!

It’s an experience that you just have to do at least once in your life. Think about it, if it wasn’t for these proud and courageous people, we’d all be fucked! It is just that simple.

Do you have any pic’s of the ceremonies? I wish I’d taken some. Love to see them JT!

From November 2004 through November 2007 I got to do a ceremony every Veterans day while in Europe (armistice day). I had the privilege of representing the U.S. Army in Europe at local ceremonies around Belgium. It was a great experience and I am proud to have been able to do it.
