Lest We Forget

Posted in General on Nov 11, 2008

Let us REALLY take time out of our busy schedule on November 11th at 11:00 AM, Remembrance Day, to truly reflect on the ones that we lost both physically and mentally to the wars of yesterday and today.

To all of those with us today or to the ones in the past who have given their lives FOR US ALL We Thank you!

Keep on Livin’ in Peace!

That was absolutely beautiful Tricia. I love the music and some of the pictures made me want to cry.

Who was the singer? – He wasn’t given credit at the end…

I will always remember the sacrifice these men and women – and their families – make – for us to live in freedom!

I’m not sure who the singer in the song is Heather? BTW, it’s Chris.

My great Uncle fought in the Great War and came back physically …
    Tricia’s father fought in WWII.

It is an important day today that many people do not really think about or acknowledge. When I was in marching band in HS we had played the Veteran’s Day Parade year after year and it made me sad that it never had a high turn out. Beautiful video!

    Good point Chelle.

I’ve written this blog to share my enjoyment of music, the guitar and other instruments and I hope that I can offer information that might be useful to others who are interested in playing the guitar.
