Road construction on the main drag (the next block from my place) forced people to park on the road in front of my house. One lady couldn't find a space, so she decided to block my driveway.. after all, it would only be "a few minutes." As luck would have it, it was during those "few minutes" that I decided I needed to drive my car. Well, since I couldn't go anywhre, I decided neither was she. I sat down in the road, right behind her car until she came out. She looked at me and said, "I guess that is your driveway". I would have just laughed and let her go, but she said that impatiently, and told me to get up so she could get back to work. I asked her why she blocked my driveway, she got mad and said, "oh, it was just for a few minutes"... She got even more mad when I looked up (still sitting behind her car), laughed and said, "so I guess you won't mind if I just sit here for a few minutes." "I have to get to work" she whined... laughing, I looked up and said, "well, I have all day" and sat there for another 15 minutes while she complained about how rude I was. lol Hope they understood at work that she was going to be "a few minutes" late ;~D I know how the judge feels.
