On Friday, a Delaware judge ordered a man to wear a T-shirt with the words: “I am a registered sex offender” in bold letters. russell, Teeter, 69, plead guilty to two counts of indecent exposure for twice exposing himself to a 10-year-old girl at his workplace.
Teeter was also was sentenced to 60 days in jail by Superior Court Judge Jan Jurden in Wilmington.
Roberts said he requested the unusual T-shirt punishment because he was concerned about Teeter exposing himself to children at the gardening business he runs with his wife. I think his wife should run her business on her own or else she’s not going to have one once her husband shows up with that T-shirt on.
Teeter had at least 10 prior convictions dating back to 1976 for exposing himself to children and had been diagnosed as a compulsive exhibitionist. Teeter will have to wear the T-shirt at work for 22 months after he gets out of jail. He has 30 days to appeal the sentence.
That’s a very good idea ! they should add “I am an exhibitionist” I really wonder why some men absolutely want to show their “family’s jewlery” as they call it in french as if it were such a beautiful thing ! I met one once jumping out of behind a bush while a walked through the park with pram and baby, and I don’t know what happened to me but I had to laugh ! I think he were very offended as he disappeared very quick !

That’s totally weird. Man that guy would probably want jail instead of this. Ah! Wonder what other t-shirt slogans they are going to come up with all kinds of offenders. This is actually good idea!
Ok this guy has 10 or more prior convictions for the same crime and only gets 60 days in jail? How many times does someone have to get into trouble before they learn? I think they should cut off a hand or something.
It’s quite sick that this guy was running around showing his genitals to children.
This punishment is kind of funny though because ironically, you could probably charge $20 for a shirt saying this a store like spencers for teens to make an ironic statement. It also might be quite a hit at a bar if the right (non creepy) guy was wearing it.
