Well the effort to legalize pot in Nevada has gone up in smoke. Nevada voters recently squashed the amentment when voting on a number of ballot issues. Question seven on the ballot called for a measure that would have allowed adults to possess up to one ounce of marijuana legally. The state would have also taxed and regulated the sale of weed.
