A new way to eat escargo? Do they serve raw snail when they make sushi?

Ok, so I’d probably eat the snail if someone paid me enough money to do it. Or gave me a really good “Dare”. But you know what? I don’t think I’d be able to manage letting a snail stay on my tongue and move around like that. Ugh. Slime!

Would you eat a snail, bug or slug if someone dared you?

The show Iron Chef (Japanese version (hahahaha i love it)) had an episode where snails were the main ingredient. Let me say quite clearly, no matter how you prepare them, they will NEVER APPEAR TO BE EDIBLE!!

Pretty cool but you’d never get me to do it. Any snail that comes in contact with my tongue needs to be cooked with garlic butter

Dose them with a buttload of garlic and spices and make sure they are done well and don’t chew them and it’s possible lol
