Check out my previous long post and I think that it says it all. It takes a lot to admit that you may have done somebody wrong and to forgive is divine! It makes you a better person for sure! If you forgive their actions then it helps build a bond between the two people and more then likely will help out later on, if something else happens in the future! You know, we're all just human and I am aware that other people do get stressed out because of their own circumstances. I honestly give them the benefit of the doubt. At work, we all try to see that. Some more then others. To the really good ones at work, I let them vent for a while and at the end of the day they do take back their remarks. I reply by tell them "water under the bridge". I don't mind being a sound board, as long as it is being used for in the way that it is intended to be used! When that happens, it really makes you feel good about yourself and it does help reinforce a strong bond between people. I strongly advise anyone going through a rough patch in their life to read "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnagie. It puts life in a really neat perspective!
