An Arkansas state trooper thought something might be up when he spotted a large stuffed monkey on the dashboard of a pickup truck. Authorities say the toy blocked much of the windshield.
According to police, the trooper smelled pot when he pulled over the driver on I-40 near Forrest City. Police say the trooper found more than two-thousand pills in truck.
The driver, Tonya Garner, and passenger, Dennis Garner, now face several drug counts each. Tonya Garner is also charged with driving with an obstructed view.
