A curious Emu was intrigued by some golfers recently.The giant bird followed two golfers for nine holes at an Elma, Wash., course, watching every swing and walking around them.
“It was strange,” said Sue McMeekin. “She’s awful big and she made me nervous.”
Course employees called police, who determined the bird belonged to a neighbor and had escaped.
That’s a strange animal. I thought it was an ostrich. I can imagine having many 3 putt holes with this guy watching me!
