Why would anyone think it's a good idea to shoot someone with a BB gun?! It's actually good that the lawyer wasn't carrying his weapon. He might've shot them before he realized they were just pranksters. A BB gun is certainly assault, but I don't think it justifies killing the kids. This kids must be nuts!
