I walked past 2 other persons heading in the same directions. Walking three in line was obstructing a sidewalk. The others were not taking in. They were just hauling it some long hairs in front of Ohio Stste University. A friend was pick up for thinking about jaywalking a few weeks later. Some things never change!!
