With the price of gas going up and up you have to wonder if more people will just take off after filling up their car … maybe even forgetting to remove the gas nozzle like this person did!

Not very inconspicuous. I wonder how often that happens on accident.
I always worry I have forgotten something when I stop for gas.
My friend actually did this…and ever since it’s been one of those weird fears of mine. Since I am so absent minded lately, it could happen!!
hahaha. very funny picture. maybe in the future car makers should consider adding sensor on the dashboard to know the gas nozzle is still plugged.

She probably got some cheap gas and thought to herself: Let me get out of here before they raise the prices.
I watched my husband quite accidently do this once in utter disbelief!
Probably thought that with the price of gas there was still $100 worth of gas left in the hose!!
I SAW someone do this the other day at the gas station. They had gotten in their car to listen to music or talk on the phone while the gas pumped and then they just started up and took off. Thank goodness for the auto-shut-off when something like this happens. I wonder if insurance on your car covers the cost that you’ll have to pay to the gas station?
I did that once. I found it a bit amusing (until the bill came) but the gas station guy wasn’t laughing.
Well I suppose a little sense of humor throughout the tough times right now is needed. This is the second caption I’ve found on Google today which is a change compared to the usual content filled pages I see. Very funny picture by the way.

I have a friend with A.D.D. who has done this multiple times. He’s so unconcerned about it, too. He’ll be talking to me on the phone, “Why is that car honking at me…ohh…I think I drove off from the gas station again. So anyway, I was thinking…” All the while the hose is dangling away. He’s hilarious!
