Now that’s literally a hot dog!
I’m not sure what kind of puppy this is, but it does kind of look like it might be a Daschund … perhaps that’s what made it’s people think of putting it in a hot dog bun? (Daschund are sometimes also called hot dogs because of their long bodies.)

WOW what a cute dog. He is really small as well. I always did wonder why they called it a hot dog. This post did not necessarily answer my question to that but brought it back into my brain
