Dogs like to lick. Heard a good joke the other day about dog licking. Seems the newly wed husband had a wife who really was a bad cook. One night at the table she had occasion to excuse herself to go back into the kitchen, where, in her absence, he quickly gave his food to the dog sitting by the table. The wife came back into the room and saw the dog licking his rear end and asked the husband what he was doing--the husband replied --just getting the bad taste out of his mouth.
