Beer belly adoration club?

So what the heck do you think these guys are doing?

Is this some kind of beer belly adoration meeting? Some of the guys on the bed are drinking beer and appear to be rubbing other mens bellies? How weird is that?

So what do you think these big guys are up to?

I’m wondering if the bed broke!
