An Upstate New York man has been charged with evidence tampering after he was busted for growing marijuana and then trying to eat the evidence!
Jeremy Wheeler and his father William were arrested on Sunday evening after deputies found 116 pot plants growing in the sons home. Jeremy tried to eat some of the plants while he was being booked.
I don’t know if he was high when he was arrested, but how could he have even thought about eating the evidence … I mean, there were 116 plants in the house – how could you eat them all – in front of the cops? LOL

This is so funny…my thought is, if he had been succesful in eating it, wouldn’t he have failed a blood or urine test and still been found guilty of a crime? hahaha I’m no legal professional but eating that type of evidence still poses a problem for the guy in my mind.
