Yes, even dogs like ice cream every now and then!

From the look of this picture it looks like this dog is enjoying an ice cream product made for dogs – that’s probably a good thing since dogs are apparently lactose intolerant so I’d bet that any ice cream like treat made for dogs is lactose free.

We have a Labrador Retriever and we’ve let her taste vanilla ice cream once or twice. So far no bad reactions.

Have you ever let your dog lick an ice cream cone?

    There is an ice cream place nearby that makes an ice cream for dogs and it seems to be very popular in the summer.

    awwww that pic makes me both happy and sad, my 16 year old chocolate lab just died last month, and I got her when I was 10 years old, so we definitely shared ice cream cones together.

    This is a cute picture. I’ve never given my dogs ice cream before…I’m sure they’d enjoy it though :D
