The Wisconsin State Senate and Assembly have approved measures to allow beer give-aways. This proposal would permit free beer samples of up to 6 ounces for people of legal drinking age. There’s been times in my life when I’ve been totally against credit cards. You can probably guess that with that attitude I’ve probably had some credit card problems- and you’d be right. It’s so easy to use them and get into debt when you aren’t earning enough money to make the payments on the cards. [...]
