All that was left on the property was the foundation that the 45 foot double wide home had stood on. His home was too large to easily move so he was quite puzzled as to how someone could have stolen his home.

He went to the closest provincial police department in Southgate Township to make a complaint about the theft of his home.

As it turns out once the police were aware of the homes theft it didn’t take too long to find the missing $30,000 house. It was on a property not too far from its former location – how it got there is still unknown. Ownership documents found at the scene were found to be fraudulent.

Jeffrey LaForest of Southgate Township is charged with theft over $5,000, mischief, and uttering a forged document.

It was so nice that we actually took our dog to the beach so she could swim and play around in the waters of Lake Ontario.

After our trip to the beach we all felt hungry. I’d noticed that Stratengers Bar and Restaurant on Queen Street had it’s patio open when we drove by it earlier so I suggested that we go there to get something to eat. That way our dog could sit on the patio with us too.

We parked our car on a street just off off Queen St. East called Bertmount Ave, and it was on this street that we saw one of the most strangely decorated houses that any of us had ever seen!

It’s a good thing my wife had her camera with her because once I saw this house I knew I’d want to share it with you!

Walking towards the house we just thought it had a lot of Christmas decorations up, a little late, but ok … but as we got closer we noticed it was so much more than just Christmas decorations …

There’s Easter, Halloween and just about any holiday that people decorate their houses for displayed in decorations on the front of the house. Not only that, but there’s a multitude of stuffed animals, action hero dolls, toys, plaques, signs etc …

If someone wants to decorate there house that’s fine by me … but I’m glad I don’t live next door to, or even on the same street as this house as I imagine that if we wanted to sell our house we’d have some trouble getting our asking price with this house in the neighborhood! LOL

BTW when we finally got to Stratengers after a big picture taking session we had a nice meal and while talking to our waitress and then the owner of the restaurant we found out that Nash the Slash, the musician, goes to this restaurant almost every day. I expressed an interest in meeting him and just before we were about to leave the Restaurant owner came up to me and tapped me on the shoulder and with him was Nash the Slash – no bandages or makeup. All in all it was a very interesting day. I love it when an unplanned day turns up interesting and unexpected things.

So what kind of band do you thing this is? Probably a metal band … they like their big hair, don’t they!

Obviously this has been photoshopped, but it’s done well! The guys even have shadows below them that look pretty much correct.

Have you ever thought about what power you’d like to have if you had super powers? Reading minds? Strength? ability to be invisible? X-ray vision? Or flying?

I wonder how many times the fish fell off as he tried to get it home?

Oh and how much gravel he had to pick out of the fish as he prepared it?

Well I guess if that’s the only way he had to get it home that motorbike would have to do!

Strange sight though!

A Wendy’s Restaurant employee in Langley, British Columbia, was handing food to a customer at the takeout window to a customer waiting in her car when a naked man ran between the car and takeout window and snatched the fries!

The two women were hard pressed to describe the man other than to give an approximate age range.

The naked thief jumped into a waiting van which sped away from the scene of the crime.

Sounds like a dare to me!

Hmmm … if you’ve been saving all your beer bottles and not returning them to the liquor store, here’s an idea for you – turn them into a house!

This Australian man used 5,800 beer bottles to build his “bottle house”. It only took him 40 years to collect all the bottles.

Maybe it was some kind of Longhorn celebration? Otherwise … I’m out of ideas – it’s just too strange. LOL

How’s this for a ride?

Take one ordinary wooden chair and strap a rocket on it and you’re in for the ride of your life!

The lady doesn’t look all that happy about her jet chair does she? Is she possibly wondering just where her chair is going to land and how badly hurt she’ll be when it does?  Yup, I think so!

It’s a truck with everything …

1. customized paint job (graffiti), even the tires are painted!

2. stuffed toys attached to the outside – the ones on the front could act like an extra bumper

3. and several American Flags

I have no idea if this pickup was decorated for a special reason – ie some kind of home town parade, or if the owner just has a very strange hobby/obsession.
