A Sheboygan, Wis. man has been accused of stomping a pet tropical fish to death.
The fish stomping occurred during a dispute with his girlfriend. Anastacio Molina Jr, 40, now faces charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Hmmm no animal cruelty?
A call came into the police station at about 5:30 pm Tuesday stating that Molina was destroying the house. This was the second time that the police had been to the house that day. Five hours earlier they’d arrived as a result of verbal dispute that occurred when Molina ordered his girlfriend to move out of the home.
Upon arrival at the house, the remains of the pet fish, an Oscar, were on the sidewalk. The 12 year old son of Molina’s girlfriend had told police that Molina had taken it out of it’s tank and stomped it to death. He then went on to break a stereo and a picture window.
Molina had a prior conviction for child abuse so these misdemenor charges have penalty enhancers added to them. he could face up to four years in prison and a possible $11,000 in fines.
Villagers in a remote eastern India village protested after police arrived to arrest a three-month-old boy for robbery.
The boys name was subsequently dropped from a list of those accused of robbing bus passengers last week. Well yeah, the kid can’t even walk, how’s he going to rob bus passengers? An investigation is being conducted to figure out how this happened.
A police officer, Kumar, said the boy may have been named by the complainant “with a malicious intent”. Who on earth would have malicious intent against a 3 month old - more likely I believe, it was a prank.

Did you hear the story about the man who was jailed for urinating in a soda that sickened a convenience store customer could be in trouble again, this time because he can’t produce the bodily fluid. Right.
The accused urinator, Anthony Mesa, 22, was sentenced to six months in jail for urinating in the bottle of Mountain Dew and must also periodically take a urine drug test.
Unfortunately, he failed to take a court-ordered test Sept. 19, the Orlando Sentinel reported Thursday.
He said he has a condition called shy bladder that affects his ability to urinate in public and therefore to take the drug test. He has offered to take the test another way, including with a blood sample. I guess he’s trying?
Mesa, a former convenience store clerk in Deltona, pleaded no contest last year to tampering with a consumer product. A construction worker who purchased the soda he urinated in began vomiting after drinking it. Well I guess so if someone peed in it.
Gross!

Roommates, kenneth Matthews, 58 and Franklin Paul Crow, 56, were in an altercation recently due to the fact that there was no toilet paper in their home.
It seems that Crow became irate with Matthews when he discovered the lack of TP. Crow is accused of fatally beating his roommate with a sledgehammer and a claw hammer. Matthew was beaten so badly that he could only be identified through his fingerprints.
The accused, Crow, explained that they were fighting about the toilet paper during the weekend when Matthews pulled out a rifle. Crow then began beating his roommate with a sledgehammer and claw hammer.
