Back in December a 25 year old woman was arrested for assaulting her then boyfriend.

The couple had been in the shower when they began arguing over whether the boyfriends dog could join them. The woman objected to allowing the dog in the shower stating it would be a relationship deal breaker. The boyfriend then responded by saying that he hoped his next girlfriend would appreciate the dog more.

According to police that was when the woman lost it and began punching her boyfriend several times in the face. The man apparently ended up with a dislocated shoulder as well!

Sounds pretty kinky to me.

A Sheboygan, Wis. man has been accused of stomping a pet tropical fish to death.

The fish stomping occurred during a dispute with his girlfriend. Anastacio Molina Jr, 40, now faces charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Hmmm no animal cruelty?

A call came into the police station at about 5:30 pm Tuesday stating that Molina was destroying the house. This was the second time that the police had been to the house that day. Five hours earlier they’d arrived as a result of verbal dispute that occurred when Molina ordered his girlfriend to move out of the home.

Upon arrival at the house, the remains of the pet fish, an Oscar, were on the sidewalk. The 12 year old son of Molina’s girlfriend had told police that Molina had taken it out of it’s tank and stomped it to death. He then went on to break a stereo and a picture window.

Molina had a prior conviction for child abuse so these misdemenor charges have penalty enhancers added to them. he could face up to four years in prison and a possible $11,000 in fines.

Talk about ironic …

Steven Rautio decided to take revenge after having an argument with his girlfriend. He cut the tree that he and his girlfriend had just decorated for Christmas into pieces with a chain saw. He then put the pieces into a woodstove to burn them but the stove overheated. He probably stuffed it too full. The overheated wood stove ended up causing a fire that burned the house to the ground!

Then there’s the story about the U.K Noise Association and a British labor Union who suggested that they might take legal action against the torture that retail clerks in stores endure during the holiday season. What is that torture that got them so riled up? Continuous holiday music.

Well if they’re going to take legal action on behalf of the retail clerks they can take action for the shoppers too! When does holiday music usually start in the malls and stores - the beginning of November isn’t it? That’s almost two months solid of holiday music!
