A few months ago a 55 year old woman was about to go into the Virginia Lottery office to cash winning lottery tickets worth $10,000 when she was attacked.
The two men who attacked her are now behind bars. Blake Jordan and Kenneth Marshall, both 22, apparently attacked the woman with a hammer. They’ve been charged with maiming, attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.
One of the men is apparently a nephew of the 55 year old woman. Isn’t that cold blooded?
Keary Fox, 56, a lottery worker, first hear the woman scream at 1:10 pm so he ran outside and saw Jordan on top of the woman. He put Jordan in a headlock while a customer took the hammer out of his hand. The pair held him until police arrived. Marshall was arrested later in the day.
The woman suffered lacerations to the back of the head. Lucky for her that lottery worker came by when he did or she might have had worse injuries or perhaps even have been murdered.
A Wis. man, Peter W. Mischler, 48, came home on a Saturday after he’d been out hunting. He was upset with his 22 year old daughter, who was talking on the phone with her mother at the time, as she had let the goats out and they’d made a mess.
While the daughter was still on the phone the man told his daughter to ask her mother to bring home some beer but the wife refused.
Angrily he threatened to shoot the goats if she didn’t bring home beer.
She didn’t bring any beer home and shortly after she arrived back at the house the mother and daughter heard four gunshots outside. They went outside and found one of their two goats with it’s entrails hanging out.
Mischler was charged in Circuit Court with mistreatment of animals, possession of a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon.
The poor injured goat was shot by a deputy to put it out of it’s misery.
Mischler posted $1000 cash bond and was released. No word on whether he returned home to his wife and daughter.
Wouldn’t you be a bit mad too if you drove up to a banks drive-through window and you were told that the teller only had candy?
That happened to a man in Stone Lake, Wis recently when he drove up in his ATV.
Angered the man then held up a bag that he claimed contained a bomb, but the teller told him all she had was lollipops since her till had already been emptied. I guess he was perhaps attempting to rob the bank? In the end he drove away in frustration.
Wouldn’t it be great if there was a debt card that you could use to pay for purchases on the internet or top up with cash and use pretty much anywhere in the world?
Well, there are such debit cards. It’s called the EPAY debit card.
The EPAY Premium debit card is internationally accepted. You really don’t need any other debit cards as this card will be sufficient for all your needs. For example, you can withdraw money from over 1 million ATM machines worldwide, and it can be used for secure online money transfer.
You can use the EPAY debit card exactly like you would your favorite credit cards to make purchases, book trips or pay for service. In fact it’s accepted in all major point of sales.
My wife and I actually do quite a bit of work over the internet. Some companies pay us by check for our services, but most pay online using another popular service. We think that’s great, but we can’t use our money until we transfer it to our bank accounts. There is no debit card with that particular company for international members. I’d love it if we could be paid through EPAY as we’d be able to use the money we’ve earned right away with the EPAY debit card. I’m certain that others who get paid online would love to have access to their money right away instead of having to wait up to a week for it to transfer to their local bank.
EPAY has much more than convenient debit cards. You can visit their online site to make online money exchanges or send or receive money from any country. It’s easy too. Epay can be used via email, SMS or as I said - online.
Another great feature of EPAY is that you can send or receive money from any Country. If you need to send money to a friend, relative or pay a bill you can send money instantly. Did I mention that there are no limits? Some companies only let you send or receive a certain amount of money. That doesn’t happen with EPAY.
If you are a merchant you can use EPAY’s universal payment system in your online store to accept payments from clients. Even if your clients aren’t yet registered with EPAY they can still pay directly into your account using bank transfers, pecunix or e-gold. Payments are made using EPAY in the most popular currencies - USD and EUR.
I really do think this is a great service. I think I might create and account and give EPAY a try.
