Coffee cup camera voyeur

In early August a 21-year-old Thunder Bay, Ontario man was charged with voyeurism after an incident involving a digital camera in a coffee cup.

Police say a 31-year-old woman was shopping at a grocery store when she noticed a man with a coffee cup getting a little too close.

The woman grabbed the man and yelled for help, which prompted other customers and store staff to intervene. The suspect was held at the store until police arrived. Police determined the coffee cup contained a digital camera, but would not reveal its contents.

Gift shopping made easy at Designer Gifts

If you need to buy a gift for a friend, lover, spouse, relative or maybe even a coworker you should visit the online store Designer Gifts. I’ve been asked to talk about the store and all I can say is that I’m quite impressed with the selection, prices and how easy it is to navigate through the site.

I haven’t done a lot of online shopping, but in recent months I have started to do a little bit more online browsing, as well as shopping using online stores and there’s been some sites that I’ve just wanted to close right away because it was so hard to find whatever I happened to be looking for. That’s not the case with Designer gifts. I’ve been browsing through the site for quite a while and I’m not tired of it yet.

The site has some really cool gift ideas. You can find Digital picture frames, many of which happen to be on sale right now and might make a perfect gift for fathers day, MP4 players, and if you happen to be looking for Gift ideas for men, or perhaps a woman who enjoys grilling there’s a great Barbecue and grilling gift section.

I don’t even know how many items they carry. As I’ve said I’ve been browsing through the site for some time and all I can say is that there’s got to be at least one thousand different gift items to choose from, all of which appear to be high quality yet reasonably priced items.

You can find gifts for women, men, babies, kids, pets, military, personalized gifts, gifts for all occasions, and gifts that correspond with particular holidays. One thing that I really like about the site is the fact that you can shop by either category or by recipient (men, women and so on), or if you have a certain budget in mind you can shop by price or visit the Cheap gifts section.

The colors used in the site design are purple, yellow and white. There’s nothing wrong with any of those colors and they go together well, but I think it gives the site a slightly more feminine look. Not enough to turn me off by any means. Certainly if the site was bright pink I probably wouldn’t have been able to stay on it and take a really good look at the site for as long as I have.

If you purchase over $75 worth of items shipping is free. Another great feature of the Designer Gifts store as far as I’m concerned.

Visit the store for yourself and tell me what you think.

Quality original artwork at BeautifulRealArt.com

homelogo.jpg

I think that just about everyone I know has a piece of artwork in their home. Whether it’s a painting, or print that’s touched them in some way, or one which they purchased to enhance the look of the room that they placed the artwork in, it’s there.

If you appreciate original artwork you might want to take a moment and visit www.BeautifulRealArt.com. All of the artwork that they sell is original.

As I browsed through the site I discovered that each piece of artwork sold is one of a kind. If you are interested in a photograph there’s a statement in the description that says that no prints will be made of the photograph. If you are collecting art as an investment it’s always nice to know that there are no other copies in any form.

There is a wide selection of artistic styles to choose from including still life, abstract, floral, landscape, wildlife, expressionist, fantasy, modern, contemporary, impressionist, digital and real mixed media artwork. You’ll find oil, acrylic, and water color paintings, as well as drawings, photographs, sculptures in metal, stone and wood, and pottery.

I was quite pleased with the quality of the artwork being sold. There’s some beautiful paintings and photographs that I know my wife would just love for us to get for our own home.

If you know someone who enjoys original artwork you might consider purchasing a gift certificate to give to your friend or loved one for their birthday or another special occasion. It would be a unique gift for someone who truly appreciates fine art.

All of the artwork for sale at Beautiful Real Art has been purchased from the original artist. You deal directly with Beautiful Artwork when making a purchase. If you do decide to make a purchase I’m sure you’ll be please to know that the company is offering free 2-day express shipping on all purchases.

Microscope gift for kids and hobbyists

I don’t know about you but I’m starting to try to think up gift ideas for my relatives- especially my nephews and nieces. I buy them toys and games most years but I want to try to do something a little different this year.

One of my nephews is a curious kid and I was thinking that he might enjoy getting a microscope as a gift. He’s always exploring things - asking to use his grand fathers magnifying glass so he can get a better look at a particularly interesting bug or rock. So why not get him a microscope?

Who knows- I’ve got 4 nephews on my side of the family, and I think at least two them would enjoy microscopes as a gift. I was visiting Optics Planet and that’s where I got the idea. They carry brand name microscopes of all types from simple microscopes suitable for a child, right up to scientific stereo, compound, digital, photo or video camera microscopes. Its a huge assortment. Take a look at their huge selection of microscopes and microscope accessories including all types of loupes magnifiers.

I can picture kids, hobbyists, high school students, and medical students being thrilled with the gift of a microscope. Optics Planet has such a variety of microscopes that they have started a new site www.microscopes.com that while it’s still in the works, is open for business.

If you like my idea you’ll love the deal that optics planets has right now- you could save up to 70% off, and they offer Free UPS on orders over $29.95, extended warranties, and a no hassle holiday return policy. If a microscope or microscope accessories sound like a good gift idea check out Optics Planet.
