In May, Jorge Espinal, 44, was taken to a Fort Worth, Texas, hospital after an early morning accident. He’d been drinking and when he suddenly became itchy in a hard to reach spot on his back he quite smartly decided to scratch the itch with a loaded handgun. I’m sure you’ve already figured out the outcome of this stupid act - yes he shot himself in the back!

A juvenile and two young men were recently charged in Houston Texas with corpse abuse.
They had allegedly gone to a graveyard in Humble, Texas and dug up a grave. They removed the corpses head and took it away to use as a bong to smoke marijuana.
Some people are visual and learn better when they are shown how to do something. In this case, the student was shown what not to do and I’m sure that she won’t make the same mistake that her boyfriend did!
An Alexandria man is now recovering after accidentally shooting himself. The accident happened as he was showing his girlfriend how to handle a pistol in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant. I guess it’s lucky that he only shot himself in such a public area!
The 21 year old man told police investigators that he forgot that he’d just reloaded his gun and he squeezed the trigger as he put the gun into the drivers door panel. The bullet went through his inner left thigh.
Police said the man repeatedly told investigators he was ex-military and knows how to handle a gun, and was very embarrassed by the incident.
I suppose this is just one of the reasons why the average citizen is not allowed to have a handgun here in Canada. I’m sure it cuts down on stupid accidents among other things.
