It looks like the Lebanon, Pa police have nabbed a real pothead – in every sense of the description!
An officer spotted Cesar Lopez, 29, inside a convenience store with a bag of marijuana stuck to his forehead.
Lopez was peering inside his baseball cap and when he looked up, the officer noticed a small plastic bag which appeared to contain marijuana stuck to his forehead.
The officer walked up to Lopez and peeled the bag off of Lopez’s forehead and placed him under arrest for drug possession.
I guess he was hiding the pot in his cap!

Now this is an odd picture …
When I came across this photo all I could think was “Why on earth is that horse underground?” I have no idea … Isn’t it odd that all you can see it’s it’s head poking out of what appears to be pavement?
Is it an underground stable?
Any ideas?

One good lick deserves another …
I love the look on this mans face. Doesn’t it look like he might be getting ready to lick the dog back?
Our dog is a licker too. She’s a black lab and she loves nothing more than coming up to us and trying to clean out our ears. Must taste good or something.
