I’ve never been much of a better but I do follow Football, baseball and hockey games and occasionally enter into friendly bets with friends. I do know a lot of people that bet seriously on games, well on just about anything really. I guess it can be addictive, and maybe I’m just lucky that it never caught on too much with me.
I did find a site that I’m told is one of the oldest sports handicapping websites online today. Jimfeist.com offers Football Picks and full game analysis on all major games and sports including basketball, football, hockey, baseball, horse racing, golf and many more. Free picks are offered daily as well in order to showcase the handicapper’s talents at calling the game’s winner.
Jimfeist.com has everything you need to stay ahead of the game. There are several sections to the site including scores and stats, Proline, Sports Picks and even contests – there are four active contests right now. You can also get workbooks and magazines, sports schedules, schedule updates, league reports, plus information from Linetracker.com and OffshoreConnection.com.
I know I’m going to have to tell a few friends about this site so they can get their sports picks. I’ll probably never see them anymore once I tell them about this site ’cause they’ll be too busy hanging out on it doing all their sports betting.

Are you love lorn? Don’t have time to get out to clubs and meet people? Well, I found a site for my readers from the UK who are looking for love!
I do know several people who have found love on the Internet. Some of them even ended up marrying. I think it’s a good way for some people to meet. You get a chance to talk to someone online, and then perhaps the phone as you get to know them and while you are doing that a friendship and perhaps even a relationship is developing. In this day and age when people are so busy working, trying to pay all their bills, caring for family – it can be hard to make time to find people to date. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with using an online dating service. It works well for some!
The service I found is called Loopy Love. The front page states that it’s the Uk’s first free online singles dating service. their members seem to have been successful in finding a match because the site says that there are two or three marriages every week! You might not be looking for marriage, but it’s nice to know that they are helping people match up.
The Loopy love site is easy to use. Just register, fill in some information about yourself, tell them who your ideal date is, and how far you are willing to travel to meet your match. It’s as easy as that. Give it a try if you want some help finding your perfect mate.

Are you a Do It your Self type of person? We are. We’ve been busy renovating our home since the very first day we moved in, I guess you’d call it a remodeling job. We got a lot done in the first year, but we’ve slowed down over the last two or three years. The last project that we finished together was the installation of a sunroof on our enclosed front porch. We did that so that a little bit more light might come into our living room since the front of our house where the living room is faces North.
It’s really saved us a lot of money by doing things ourselves. Of course we haven’t always known exactly what to do. I think our friends who are contractors and construction workers are sick of hearing from us because we’re always asking them- how do we do this, how do we do that? Or else we are researching techniques on the internet.
If you are like us – a DIY type person you might be interested in visiting this great site that I just found. It has a ton of information on home repairs. I only wish that we’d discovered this site a few years ago. It would have really helped us out.
I know it’s going to help us with the projects that we started a while back and haven’t finished yet, and also for the projects that we hope to start in the next few years such as redoing our kitchen and our basement too. Those will be big jobs.
This site is full of helpful tips for the DIY type of person whether you be a renter as we once were, or a home owner. There’s even tips for automobile owners there too. There are several categories to choose from such as carpentry, cleaning, decks, painting and flooring just to name a few.
Oh yes I also wanted to tell you that while I was visiting the Handy Household Hints site I discovered that they are having a $50,000 Extreme Home Makeover Contest. Naturally I entered. I’m a DIY renovator but I’m not stupid. If your home could use a makeover you might be interested in entering too.
