Frightworld Premiere

This event is likely over but some people in Williamsville, New York likely had a great time tonight. They went to FrightWorld The Movie World Premiere? Do you enjoy Horror movies? If you do I hope you made it to this event. It would have been totally cool to combine the most frightening night of the year with the world premiere of a horror film that’s touted as being an cross between Friday the 13th and the shining?

Frightworld, the World Movie premiere is taking place at Frightworld Haunted Amusement Park - one of the top 13 scream parks in the USA, in Williamsville, New York.I love anything horror - horror movies, horror books and novels, creepy stories - you get the picture. I pre-viewed a short movie clip at the site and it looks like a it’s going to be a very scary movie. Just the clip along was spooky. You’ll want to go to this movie with a good friend or someone who doesn’t mind their hand being squeezed really hard. I’d have loved to go and see it myself but, unfortunately it was too far away for me to travel. I’ll have to wait until it’s in a theater near me.

The lucky people that got to go and see the premiere will have been able to attend a Q& A with the stars of the movie - Dina Cataldi, Tiffany Scott and more. They even met Kamilla “Katexenna” Kova, UK Fetish Model and Star of FrightWorld, FrightWorld Writer, Producer and Director David R Williams, and the FrightWorld FX Team. Then, on top of all that they got to tour Frightworld Haunted Attractions 5 Award Winning Houses of Horror.

Isn’t it ironic that exactly 13 bands participated in Frightworld - Marazene, Any Question, Obomatic, Punch Drunk, Imbued Vagary, Machine Gun Symphony/Charlie Drown, Synthetic Dream Foundation, Darker Days Tomorrow, Apikorism, Sick Machine, Abandcalledpain, and Tearwave. Should be some good music.

If anyone attends please let me know if it was as scary as it looks like in the pre-view that I saw.

(1) WEWS-TV in Cleveland reported in August that the pregnancy rate among girls at Timken High School in Canton, Ohio, was 13 percent, despite the fact that the school’s athletic teams are known as the Trojans.

(2) Police Chief Michael Chitwood of Daytona Beach, Fla., reported that his house was burglarized in August during the time he was speaking to a Neighborhood Watch group on crime prevention.

(3) In August, Kosco, a police dog assigned to the Watertown, N.Y., force, was the first cop on the scene to bring down Mark A. Adams, 22, who had eluded officers for seven hours after violating probation for cruelty to his pet dog.

Lack of Remorse:

In Tacoma, Wash., in September, a smirking Ulysses Hardy III, 24, pleaded guilty to three aggravated murders, laughed at the victims’ families in court, and told them to “get over it” and that “pain is part of life.” Hardy said there are two kinds of people, “us and them, predators and prey,” and that he’s “damn sure not prey. I did what I did. And that’s not going to change.”

A week earlier in Norristown, Pa., Janeske Vargas, 35, was sentenced to life in prison for setting a friend on fire with vodka and nail polish remover, but said she had nothing to say in court to her friend’s family. “No, why should I? … They’ll get over it.”
