Teens nabbed after shooting lawyer with BB guns

Two teens learned that it isn’t good to shoot at Dr. Death!

Dr. Death, Michael J. Breczinski, an attorney, was walking to his car one night when he heard a loud pop and felt a sting on his neck. The 54 year old man turned to see smirking 14 and 15 year old teens hiding their hands.

When he asked the teens if they’d shot him with a BB gun the teens ran away. Unfortunately for the teens he gave chase and one of the teens pulled out a BB gun and shot at him again. Breczinski was hit in the arms and torso with pellets but he managed to tackle the teen in the parking lot.

The youth eventually struggled and got away from the Lawyer but both teens were later arrested by police in a nearby restaurant. The pair are expected to face felonious assault charges.

Breczinski who had to get a tetanus shot for the pellet wounds says the kids got off lucky. He’d taken target practice earlier in the day but he’d decided not to carry his .45 ruger with him to the mall. He says ther’s no guarantee he wouldn’t have known the teen had only pulled a BB gun and he might have pulled out his own weapon if he’d had it.

Video Voyeur upset that his stash of porn wasn’t returned

A California man who was recently busted for secretly videotaping women is suing cops for the return of his porn collection, which they seized during their investigation.

Dennis Saunders, 59, filed the suit after cops refused to return his 500 porno movies and 250 magazines. His lawyer insists the carnal collection has nothing to do with the case.

Saunders was arrested for taping women at the apartment complex in San Rafael where he worked.

Gruesome murderer wants to die with dignity

Get this…

Yahweh Ben Yahweh, a race-separatist cult leader, is awaiting a decision on release from parole (after serving 11 years of an 18-year sentence on racketeering charges in connection with as many as 23 gruesome murders, some involving beheadings) and is dying of cancer. His lawyer asked a federal judge in October to approve his immediate release so that his client could “die with dignity.”

He wants to die with dignity when the people he had killed weren’t allowed to die with dignity? I hope they don’t grant him a release.

San Diego DUI lawyer

I don’t know how many of you that visit this site are from San Diego, but I’ve just come across a site for a San Diego DUI Lawyer who might come in handy if any of you are ever charged with driving while intoxicated. I certainly hope you aren’t though - take a cab, don’t risk it.

The lawyer has a list on his site of past victories. He lists the persons blood alcohol levels in each case. Some of the levels were under the limit but I suppose that alcohol in their system might have still been a factor in the accident. Others had extremely high levels of alcohol in their system and frankly I’m more than a little bit surprised that he managed to either save their licenses or privileges.

He’s used everything from peoples past illnesses- gastric problems, to vomiting around the time of the breath analysis as a defense. he’s come up with some interesting defenses.
