This weeks theme is Important This weeks Photo hunter theme is important and I’m having a hard time deciding just what to post. There are so many things that are important to me. I’d post a photo of my wife, but she hates having her photo taken so I don’t have many to chose from and uh she’d probably kill me for posting a photo of her anyway! Family, friends and music are important to me. I’ve always been a very social person. Talkative my wife would say. So it’s easy for me to have a good time just about anywhere I go because I talk to anyone. I think I’ve met just about all of our neighbors. Not just the ones next door either. I work three blocks from our home and I think I know just about all the neighbors within that three block range. The photo above is of our neighbor Sofie. I was playing guitar in our backyard one day and she was out in her garden. Just for fun I wanted to try to give Sofie a lesson but it didn’t go so well. The photos’ great though isn’t it? Sofie rocks!

Addicted to Heavy Metal
There’s all kinds of addictions, but this one takes the cake …
This past June a Swedish man, Roger Tullgren, 42, was granted supplemental income benefits by the Swedish government’s employment service.
Tullgren was granted this income based on his illness of addiction to heavy-metal music. Maybe he should have held out for a structured settlement, although I’m not sure governments do those kinds of settlements.
Tullgren stated that he’d been addicted to the music for 10 years and finally succeeded in getting three psychologists to sign papers officially calling his condition a disability.
He’s now allowed to play music while he works as a dishwasher.
Unbelievable!
Spontaneous dance
Wordless Wednesday On Friday we went out with my wifes family to a Blue Jays baseball game at the Skydome or what’s now called the Rogers Center here in Toronto. When we were leaving the game we passed a few guys playing music on the walkway leading back to the street from the stadium. One of the guys was playing an accordion and as you can see from the photo above it was a lively piece of music. People spontaneously began to dance as they passed the small band. Who says we don’t know how to have fun here in Toronto?
