Jail guard caught smuggling drugs in food

Do you ever wonder how prisoners get contraband items like drugs? I guess it comes as no surprise that some of the forbidden and illegal items come in with jail staff such as corrections officers.

In Texarkana, Ark a corrections officer who’d made frequent takeout food deliveries to the county jail was caught sneaking syringes inside tacos and marijuana under chili.

Jordan Michale Waller, 25, made two suspicious delivers one after the other one Saturday evening. He entered the Miller County jail with three pizzas at 3 a.m. and then twenty minutes later he brought in what appeared to be a large bag containing chili and tacos.

The jail sergeant became suspicious and searched the food. He found marijuana that had been formed into three round patties under some chili and a couple of syringes inside the tacos. When Waller was searched officers found methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia.

Waller was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and furnishing prohibited items into a correctional facility.

Waller who had only worked at the lockup for two months was held in custody with his bond set at $100,000.

Man upset over lack of beer shoots family goat!

A Wis. man, Peter W. Mischler, 48, came home on a Saturday after he’d been out hunting. He was upset with his 22 year old daughter, who was talking on the phone with her mother at the time, as she had let the goats out and they’d made a mess.

While the daughter was still on the phone the man told his daughter to ask her mother to bring home some beer but the wife refused.

Angrily he threatened to shoot the goats if she didn’t bring home beer.

She didn’t bring any beer home and shortly after she arrived back at the house the mother and daughter heard four gunshots outside. They went outside and found one of their two goats with it’s entrails hanging out.

Mischler was charged in Circuit Court with mistreatment of animals, possession of a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon.

The poor injured goat was shot by a deputy to put it out of it’s misery.

Mischler posted $1000 cash bond and was released. No word on whether he returned home to his wife and daughter.

… And you thought it was bad when fido chewed on your favorite shoes?

Stoney Wednesdays

Buffalo, N.Y. – A pair of pot smokers picked the wrong day to use the drive-thru window at a KFC restaurant in Buffalo. Two men in their 20s pulled up to the restaurant’s window and asked for the Wednesday special.

Meanwhile, a couple of narcotics detectives were inside ordering their food. That’s when a cloud of marijuana smoke wafted into the restaurant. The detectives then spotted the two men smoking what one of the cops called “the biggest marijuana cigar your ever saw.”

The detectives went outside and arrested 23-year-old Charles Morris and 26-year-old Gregory Quick, both of Buffalo. The two men were charged with possession of marijuana and smoking it in public.

One of the cops said he got the cashier to refund the pot smokers’ money for the Wednesday special.
