Hey, soon you’ll be able to go to a Los Angeles Dodgers game and get stuffed!
The Dodgers are planing on introducing all you can eat seats next season. Anyone sitting in one of these “special” seats will be able to have all the Dodger Dogs that they can eat.
The all you can eat seats will be located in the right-field pavilion, and those purchasing tickets for these seats will be able to have as many franks, peanuts, popcorn, nachos and sodas that they want.
The seats are going to cost $35 in advance, and $40 on game day. Beer, ice cream and candy will still be sold for regular prices to the special seat holders.

There’s nothing like a game of one on one when you get home from work or on the weekend with some pals. I used to have my very own basketball hoop near my desk at a place I used to work.
I was in the computer field at the time and the place I worked in had this huge warehouse and that’s where the basketball hoop was. It was fantastic. Take a break and thow some hoops every now and then, or play a game on your lunch break. Very cool.
I’d be great to be able to put a basketball hoop system in here at the house but we don’t have a garage. Our neighbors do though – and the back of their garage touches the side of our garden. I wonder if I could attach a hoop there and play in the back yard. Nahhh I’d probably end up ruining the plants.
One hoop system that I like is the Hoops Pro Dunk Diamond. It’s a new high end residential basketball hoop system, and it sounds great. It’s got an 8″ X 8″ pole, and a 5′ foot extension arm, rather than the 4′ extension arm that comes with most systems. The rim and backboard are NCAA grade too.
If I can ever figure out how to put in a basketball hoop system here at our small house that’s the system I’d like to get.
How about my readers? Do any of you have basketball hoops at your home? Do you use them?

Hmmm the San Francisco Giants are part of the spring training Cactus Leagues. Now I’ve got some thinking to do. Earlier I’d been thinking of going to see another team play during spring training but now that I know that the San Francisco Giants are part of the same training league I might change my plans and watch a few of their games instead.
See, we’ve been planning a trip for the new year. We might get together with my brother and Tricia’s brother- they are both huge baseball fans, so what better way to get together for a vacation than to go to Arizona and watch some of the spring training games? I think it’s a fantastic idea.
Ah ha! I’ve just discovered that they are actually playing against the Chicago cubs in Hohokam Park, Mesa Arizona on March 1st. We can see both of the teams that we’re interested in watching play against each other if we plan our trip for early March. This is fantastic. I must see about getting the Giants Spring Training tickets soon. I’ve already planned to try to get tickets in section 116 Row A because those seats are in the first row just past third base. Otherwise we’ll try for seats in section 115, row A as those are in the first row as well, just past first base on the Cubs side. Either would be great considering we’re going with both Cubs and Giants fans.
I must go and make plans!
