yellowsunflower9

One of the Sunflowers growing in my front boulevard.  I like how this sunflowers petals are a little rumpled and how they range from yellow at the tips to a warmer shade of orange on the inner portion.

would you sue me if I used that picture as a water color project…

    I just love it.

(I have to choose pictures that don’t have alot of extras – but simple and engaging background, cuz I’m truly still a beginner)

Pamela, no I wouldn’t be upset if you used my photo as a model for your water colour. Why would I? It’s a compliment actually. Thank you! Besides, it’s not like your are using my actual picture, it’s more of an interpretation of what you see in my photo.

I’d love to see your water colour when it’s done. :)

Awesome full image! Love the whiteout too, it’s emphatic of the foreground detail.

This is a stunning photograph. I love sunflowers. Last year I drove through the Michigan countryside and passed an entire field of sunflowers. The day was breezy and the sun was hot. The flowers were amazing.

Beautiful shot. It is a ring of fire sunflower.
