Breath of Life rose – This is the rose that inspired the name of this photoblog. I think it’s one of my favorite rose and I’ve given it a special place in the garden – right at the entrance … symbolic really as I think of my garden as a Breath of Life.

I really enjoyed your Halloween series, and now this rose….It’s the best photof of a full-blown rose I’ve ever seen–real and rich. So many rose pictures seem contrived. This one is so real it could be an O’Keefe painting!
